As we are surrounded by the darkness we will be pulling inwards to meet ourselves in the depths of our own psyche while meeting the medicine and drawing on its wisdom. As I have exploded the principle of “As within / So without” from a Yoga Science perspective, as well living, teaching and exploring a new (ancient actually) paradigm through this Tantric lens that I believe will support the evolution and healing of the planet - I am excited and humbled to share, learn and be part of the evolution. The healing of the feminine which is crucial to not only the survival of the planet but the healing of women (and men), through a re-balancing of power, opening ourselves to flow and finding ways to nourish and break away from old structures that confine.
