The Boulder Canyon Retreat Center is seeking a highly organized, heart-centered, and energetically attuned Client Relations & Experience Manager to support guests through every stage of their medicine retreat journey. This role weaves together client relations, logistics coordination, scheduling, and light accounting—offering seamless support around deeply transformational work.

Weekly Meeting: One morning per week (~1 hour)
Core Responsibilities
✦ Client Journey Coordination
Schedule each client’s retreat and post-integration timeline.
Maintain calendar of all booked journeys.
Coordinate client travel logistics (arrival, departure, pick-up/drop-off).
Provide concierge-level support for incoming and departing clients.
Offer presence and practical support during grocery runs (e.g., Whole Foods), ensuring clients feel resourced for their stay.
Accompany clients in selecting post-ceremony nourishment items.
✦ Space Preparation & Ceremony Support
Prepare retreat spaces before and after ceremonies, including tidying, setting up linens, flowers, lighting, and the energetic field of the room.
Clean and reset medicine spaces with reverence for sacredness, cleanliness, and sensory ambiance.
✦ Bookkeeping & Accounting (if applicable)
Monthly bookkeeping and accounting in QuickBooks.
Coordinate with California-based accountant.
Skills & Qualities Needed
Deep Presence & Emotional Intelligence: Ability to stay grounded and offer compassionate support during moments of vulnerability or intensity.
Organization & Scheduling: Skilled at managing calendars, timelines, and coordinating multiple client journeys with precision.
Communication: Clear, kind, and professional in both written and verbal exchanges with clients and team members.
Ceremony Preparation & Space Holding: Attuned to creating sacred, welcoming environments with attention to detail (linens, flowers, lighting, energy).
Logistics Coordination: Strong ability to manage travel, pick-ups/drop-offs, and concierge-style guest support.
Accounting & Tech Savvy: Comfortable with QuickBooks, Google Calendar, spreadsheets, and email (or willing to learn quickly).
Flexibility & Adaptability: Willing to work evenings/weekends and flow with the natural rhythms of retreat work.
Embodied Background (Preferred): Experience in bodywork, somatic practice, or energy healing modalities.
Practical Support: Comfortable running errands (e.g., grocery trips), driving clients, and assisting with nourishment choices.
Reliability: Car and valid driver’s license required.
Compensation
$25 - $35/hr (depending on experience) for client relations, coordination, and ceremony support, accounting
